***LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY***
If any adjustments to Contractor's piers or pilings are required during the life of the structure due to settling of Contractor's pier or pilings Contractor will re-adjust all affected piers or pilings at no charge to Owner. If Contractor's piers or pilings are altered or adjusted by any part other than Contractor, all warranties will be void. If you sell the structure, to transfer the warranty, the buyer must complete the warranty transfer form and file it with Contractor within 30 days of the sale. If the transfer is not made in a timely fashion, the warranty is VOID. Once a warranty has become VOID, it cannot be reinstated. There is a charge of $750.00, to transfer the warranty. There is a $75.00 service fee for all service calls. All fees will be adjusted to reflect changes in the CPI which occur after the date of this document. To arrange a warranty transfer, call Contractor. This paragraph sets forth the entire warranty for this work. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR EMPLIED, AND STATUTORY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY CONTRACTOR, AND WAIVED BY OWNER. WITH REGARDS TO PAYMERNTS, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT TIME IS OF THEW ESSENCE. IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT TIMELY MADE, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPERSS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY ARE VOID.
EXCLUSIONS FROM LIFETIME WARRANTY
Contractor is not responsible for repair, loss of damage to a component or that part of a component of the residence caused by or made wors by any of the following:
Changes in the underground water table that exerts pressure on, seeps, or leaks under the home, sidewalk, driveway, foundation or any other structure or causes subsidence or sinkholes.
Failure of the homeowner to:
- I. Maintain the residence.
- ii. Maintain the lot surrounding the residence including without limitation, maintaining positive drainage away from the residence, maintaining drainage patterns around and within ten feet of the residence and keeping moisture levels in the soils around the residence relatively uniform.
- iii. Take reasonable action to mitigate or prevent damage to the residence.
